The Swazi 5K is an annual sanctioned race that supports BFC ministries locally and in Eswatini.

Due to COVID-19, this year’s race is virtual. You can participate in the race from where ever you are, at your own pace!

The 12th annual Swazi 5K can be completed anytime from Saturday, September 12 through Saturday, September 26 at 8pm.
