Family Life Center Membership

Bethany First Church Membership
This membership is for those who regularly attend BFC through adult or youth weekly services, and are twelve years and older. The fee for an ID card is $5.

Community Membership
This membership is for those living in the community around Oklahoma City. Three payment options are available—each include the cost of an ID card. Membership includes spouse and children.
•    $30 a month through bank draft only
•    $150 for six months
•    $300 for twelve months

Corporate Membership
This membership is a benefit provided by The Bethany Children’s Health Center and Bethany Public Schools for their employees, and includes the employee, spouse, and children 21-and-under living at home. There is a $5 fee for each ID card. Please provide your Bethany Children’s Health Center or BPS ID to sign up.
