Our mission is to arm men with Biblical truth and practical skills so they can become disciples of Jesus Christ in their homes, their work and their church, and to make them “dangerous” for Christ’s sake.

Iron Men is based on the No Man Left Behind model. You can learn more about that model online.

Iron Men is a “ministry to men”, not just a “men’s ministry”.  This means we are an all inclusive ministry to all the men in our church, whether or not they are able or choose to attend events exclusive to men, such as men’s retreats.  All men who attend BFC are considered part of the band of brothers we call “Iron Men” and we seek to support, encourage and disciple every man.
